It’s not always convenient to make it to the bank with everything else you have going on in your life. First Nebraska Bank has the solutions available to help you do your banking on your time.

If you would like help getting started, or if you need to sign up for any of our online banking services, we can help. Stop in at your nearest First Nebraska Bank location and ask us how.

ITMs

All locations are equipped with drive-thru interactive teller (ITM) stations. Interactive tellers let you interact with a live First Nebraska Bank teller in real-time. Each time you use an interactive teller, you can choose to connect with a teller face-to-face as you conduct your transaction. If you want to use them like a traditional ATM, with your bank/debit card, you can. However, you can also use them to conduct more complex transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, account transfers and loan payments.

The ITMs allow us to extend banking hours:
Monday-Friday: 7:00am to 7:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 11:00am
Use as ATM 24/7

Simply touch the Start button on the screen and a First Nebraska Bank teller will appear to assist you with your transaction. Once you are connected with a teller, you will be able to see and speak with that person, and they can easily walk you through your transaction.

Online Banking

With First Nebraska’s online banking, you can do your banking when you have the time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from the convenience of your home, office or wherever you have internet access. All you need is an email address and your account number to sign up. With our online banking, you have the ability to do the following:

  • Check account balances
  • View transaction history
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Search for a specific transaction
  • View eStatements
  • Pay bills
  • Set up account alerts

Click First-Time User and enter your information — you’ll be managing your account in no time!

Mobile Deposit

Make Deposits Anytime, Anywhere

First Nebraska Bank Mobile Deposit is just one more way we are harnessing the latest technology to make banking easier for you. Just download our app and start depositing!

Using Mobile Check Deposit

When you receive a paper check, endorse the back of the check with your signature and write, “For Mobile Deposit Only” and your account number. Then, simply follow the step-by-step on-screen instructions to capture images of the front and back of the check.

If your check is not properly endorsed, your deposit may be delayed or rejected.

Tips for Using Mobile Check Deposit

  • Keep the actual check for at least 30 days in case an issue needs to be resolved.
  • The daily deposit limit is $3,000. If you need a higher limit, please contact us.
  • Sign/endorse the back of your check and write, “For Mobile Deposit Only” and your account number.
  • Take the photos of your check in a well–lit area.
  • Place the check on solid, dark background before taking the photo of it.
  • Flatten folded or crumpled checks before taking photos.
  • Hold the camera as square to the check as possible to reduce corner-to-corner skew.
  • Keep the check within the viewfinder on the camera screen when taking your photos.
  • Try not to include too much of the area surrounding the check.
  • Make sure the entire check image is visible and in focus before submitting the deposit.
  • Make sure the MICR line (the numbers on the bottom of your check) is readable.

First Nebraska Bank Mobile Money and Mobile Deposit are compatible with the following devices:

  • All Apple products operating iOS 11 or newer.
  • Google Android models operating Android 8.1 (Oreo) or newer.
  • Cameras with 2.0+ megapixel resolution and autofocus.
  • Either touch-screen or keyboard phones.

Bill Pay

Managing Your Accounts Is Just a Click Away

Manage your bills right from your online banking with First Nebraska Bank Bill Pay. Say goodbye to stamps and trips to the post office. With Bill Pay, you say who, when, where and how much; we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Schedule one-time and recurring payments
  • View pending payments and payment history
  • Set reminder emails for pending and sent payments
  • Pay bills from multiple bank accounts
  • Make interbank transfers

When you’re logged in to your account, select your checking account and then click the Bill Payment link at the top. Once you’ve accepted the terms and conditions, you can hit the ground running. Some of the more common bills are preloaded, so to confirm the payee, all you need is your account number and the zip code of where you send the payment.

Zelle

Zelle® is available right from your online and mobile banking account and conveniently located in the same place where you pay your bills.

It is easy to get started. Simply log in to your online banking account or mobile banking app and enroll in Bill Pay. Once your account is verified, return to Bill Pay and select the “Send Money With Zelle®“ tab.

Enroll in Zelle® and start sending and receiving money with friends and family!

eStatements

Go Paperless, and Save Time

We all have the best intentions to open our bank statements and review them. However, more often than not, they end up in a pile of paperwork we plan to go through later. First Nebraska Bank’s eStatements are the solution you’ve been looking for. Our eStatements are a safe, secure way to receive bank statements without the hassle of all that paper.

After you’ve signed up for eStatements, you’ll receive an email notification that your statement is ready to be viewed. Next:

  • When you’re logged in to your account, select your checking account.
  • Click the eStatements link at the top.
  • Your eStatements are securely stored in your online banking. You can print them if needed, or save them to your computer.

Text Banking

Your Account Information at Your Fingertips

Need to know your current account balance? Send First Nebraska Bank a text message. Using any mobile phone that can text, you can keep an eye on your account any time of the day using First Nebraska Bank Text Banking.

Text banking features and commands include the following:

  • Balance Inquiry: Text BAL
  • Transaction History: Text HIST + texting nickname
  • ATM Locations: Text ATM + street or zip code
  • Branch Locations: Text BRANCH + street or zip code
  • Help: Text HELP
  • Text commands to 96924

Once you’ve logged in to your account, enroll in text banking under Options > Mobile Banking Profile > Enroll. Mark the Text Messaging box and you’re set.

If you’ve already enrolled in First Nebraska Bank Mobile Banking:

  • Click Manage Devices under Mobile Banking Profile.
  • Select Change My Mobile Banking Services.
  • Check Text Messaging.
  • You’re ready to go.

Alerts

Stay on Top of Your Accounts

Don’t have time to check your account? First Nebraska Bank will send you the information. You can set up account alerts via text message or email for any of the following:

Checking Account Alerts

  • Daily checking account balance
  • Low checking account balance
  • Check cleared
  • Pending checking transaction

Loan Account Alerts

  • Loan payment due

Certificate of Deposit (CD) Alerts

  • CD maturity

To Set Up Account Alerts

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click Options > Mobile Banking Profile > Alerts > Enroll.
  • Mark the Alerts box.


If you’ve already enrolled in First Nebraska Bank Mobile Banking, click Manage Devices under Mobile Banking Profile and select Change My Mobile Banking Services. Then check Alerts and you’re ready to go. After you’re set up to receive alerts, click the My Alerts tab and select the alert you’d like to receive and whether you’d like it emailed or texted.
